from start to finish
1. Contact us
Send us your inquiry (complete the form under “customize your design”) or just send us an email with key points of what you’re after and some rough measurements.
We’ll get back to you with any questions (if we have any) and suggest days and times for a visit.
2. Site visit
We’ll conduct a survey, take measurements, and have a chat with you. We’ll go through everything together, answer questions, give advice, or show examples. This is where we assess access needs and any necessary clearance.
3. Receive quotation
We’ll send you the quotation, including all the steps for building your structure, links, materials, payment plan, and the total cost. You can still tweak things or make changes at this stage. Once final changes are confirmed, we’ll resend the quotation with the final price. The price won’t change afterward, ensuring transparency and no hidden charges.
4. Commencement / Kick Off
We are moving ahead. Once everything is clear and agreed upon, we’ll commence work. Planning permission should be granted by this stage. We’ll conduct another site visit, confirm the start date, and you’ll pay the first installment of the payment plan. We’ll start ordering materials and preparing the ground.
5. Execution phase
Our skilled team will begin work. Over the next 5 to 8 weeks, you’ll see progress from the base/foundation to the frame, insulation, plumbing, electrical work, window and door installation, plastering, cladding, and final paint. This is an exciting phase, culminating in the delivery of your dream garden space!
6. Closing phase
Upon completion, you’ll make the final payment, and we’ll hand over the keys, certificates, and all paperwork. We’ll clear the site, remove waste, and have a final chat to ensure your complete satisfaction. We’ll also take photos and hope to receive your positive review and feedback!
